Join Team SAIC and support the Army National Guard and the broader military intelligence community on the Military Intelligence Services Support (MISS) Contract.
Team SAIC is pursuing the opportunity to provide integrated training, communications, operations, engineering, logistics, and ancillary information technology (IT) products and services to enable the Army National Guard (ARNG) Intelligence and Security Directorate (G-2) to provide efficient and dynamic military intelligence (MI) training support and increase readiness for the Warfighter. Products and services will include, but are not limited to, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) support; Intelligence Readiness and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT); modeling and simulation; exercise and deployment support; IT training development and delivery for the mission; information security; MI systems; and, ancillary IT infrastructure. This work will be done in support of ARNG G-2 and its strategic partners, e.g., Department of Homeland Security, Intelligence Community, Headquarters Department of the Army, state Governors’ domestic response teams, NGB, ARNG, and the Unified Combatant Commands.

To that effect, SAIC has formed an outstanding team of large and small business to support this program, and is actively seeking experienced a senior program analyst to support a variety of program requirements.
The candidate will oversee and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and will liaison between the task order project management office, project teams, and line management. The candidate will review and report on the status of projects and budgets; manage schedules, and prepare status reports. Must be able to assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
The candidate will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for identifying solutions to risks and issues. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring contract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are being accomplished, including working on the definition and implementation of project planning techniques to provide visibility on the contract.
Responsibilities may include developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program, participating in and establishing and defining program plan requirements, and monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met.
This individual will serve as a prime consultant and external spokesperson for the TO program management office on highly significant matters relating to policies, programs, capabilities, and long-range goals and objectives.
