SAIC is seeking a Test and Evaluation Professional to join our team in support of a TSA Contract within our Federal Civilian Account.
The Test and Evaluation professional support team member will work with TSA personnel to the development of Qualification Management (QM) strategies, policies, and guides for checked baggage and checkpoint equipment. Describe and lay out the existing process while identifying best practices and improvement areas. Draft QM policy document and guidebook. Work directly with the customer to coordinate activities between the program management group and the test and evaluation group. Interface with the TSA customer to ensure customer satisfaction across multiple work areas.
MINIMUM TANGIBLE QUALIFICATIONS:
•15 years of experience in test, evaluation, systems engineering, or related fields
•7+ years of Government Acquisition Program Office experience desired
•BS in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) discipline
•Recent and substantial experience with Government T&E policies and processes, preferably within the Department of Defense (DoD) or DHS
•7+ years of sensor (e.g., X-Ray, Radio Detection and Ranging (RADAR), Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR), Infrared (IR), etc.) systems experience preferred.
•Masters in a technical or management discipline preferred
