SAIC Is seeking a RPA Business Process Analyst for a Civilian Agency contract
Enhance, innovate, and automate with an objective of increasing the operational effectiveness of an existing production system based on Amazon Public Cloud (AWS) and Amazon Simple Storage Service (AWS S3). This application is used for searching, viewing, retrieving, and managed bulk downloading of bibliographic patent metadata and documents. The approach will utilize Agile, DevSecOps, and Lean best practices to efficiently and modularly develop, deploy, and operate the target solution. The solution will address the pay as you go storefront user interface, data ingesting, new functionality, security, compliance, auto-scalability, monitoring, and performance concerns.
SAIC is looking for a Senior Analyst / Tech Writer / Quality Assurance Specialist with experience in robotics process automation to define, document, and validate RPA solutions for clients.
Conducts analysis and documents business processes including current state analysis, gap analysis, benchmarking, best practices identification, organizational assessment, and other related tasks.
Through high-level and deep process analysis, identifies potential automation opportunities as well as obstacles that the development team might face once an automation kicks off.
Assesses automation opportunities from business perspective and prioritize proposed solutions.
Plans and implements process improvements, including: future state design, change management, and transition planning.
Anticipate, identify, track, and resolve process issues and risks affecting delivery.
Defines and develops business process performance metrics.
Effectively prioritize the processes for automation that have the highest positive impact for the RPA strategy and manages the backlog with the customer.
Documents to the level of detail that the development team requires to build an automation and acts as bridge between the business and the development teams.
Develops user stories, functional and technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and other SDLC documentation.
Provide technical writing support to the project team for documentation deliverables.
Provides the development and maintenance of quality assurance validation tests including test plans, test cases, and test data. Evaluate completeness and correctness of final process design.
Coordinates with business and technology teams, documenting and verifying automation requirements.
Lead process reviews to ensure the highest level of process design and process understanding prior to automation.
Delivers presentations including measurement, analysis, improvement, and control.
Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in IT related field (4 years’ experience in lieu of degree)
Minimum of 5 years of IT process and data analysis experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in contributing to the analysis, design, documentation, and testing of RPA implementations.
2 years’ working experience in an Agile environment and proficiency with scrum tools such as Rally/Jira.
2 years’ experience in a cloud-based environment.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance with minimum 2 years US residency
Excellent verbal and written communications skills and organizational skills
Technical writing skills including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of documentation tools.

Experience with organization and ingestion of large data sets and metadata for search applications
