Job Description


SAIC is searching for RLAS Tier II Support Technician to join the team while working from home providing Technical Support for the division in Fort Bragg, NC


** This job is temporarily remote due to COVID-19.**




  • Interfaces with customers to handle RLAS service inquiries and problems to include performing customer support activities involving the installation, modification, and repair of RLAS software and services. 
  • Resolves daily tickets and restores user connectivity and access to RLAS services.
  • Utilizes Knowledge Base (KB) articles, Tactics-Techniques and Procedures (TTPs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to resolve end user issues. 
  • Installs software on sytems requiring installation of RLAS software either onsite or remotely. 
  • Updates newly assigned tickets immediately from OPEN to ACKNOWLEDGED status. 
  • Knows and applies 3-2-5 process (see training documentation). 
  • Maintains updated status on all assigned tickets.



  • AA Degree in related discipline and six (6) years related experience; OR, High School and seven (7) years related experience with relavent certification.
  • Prior IT Helpdesk / Desktop Support / Field Technician experience
  • Must currently possess an ACTIVE SECRET security clearance
  • Must possess ACTIVE SECURITY+ certification prior to start date
