Description

The successful candidate will be a proactive, forward-leaning self-starter able to work in a fast-paced organization spread across diverse technical areas in the field of telecommunications.  The successful candidate will bring a diverse set of skills to cover a range of support needs for the customer.  Someone with a passion for mission support who has attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills will thrive in this environment.  The ability to understand and communication program information is important.

Requirements/Job Functions

Programmatic Activities

  • Track project status, milestones and schedules
  • Assist with and sometimes draft documentation (E.g. program management and work plans, reports, etc)
  • Help the customer track items related to their projects
  • Coordinate, schedule and support meetings, draft slides and collate inputs from others to support program reviews, quarterly status meetings, roadmap sessions, etc
  • Collaborate with colleagues to help the customer refine requirements/entries/information related to project deliverables
  • Be an interface with the customer’s graphics team to help them with products that will communicate program information most effectively
  • Consolidate, edit and occasionally draft project highlights and program status reports
  • Draft meeting minutes and coordinate with the customer for accuracy prior to distributing
  • Work across projects to gather the most accurate information to support mission
  • Participate in weekly tag up meetings

Enabling Functions

  • Track actions and help coordinate follow-up activities to ensure closure of those items
  • Help update phone cards to keep information accurate
  • Update the new hire onboarding binder
  • Complete system access requests for mail groups, shared folders, etc
  • Coordinate with Security for any program read-ins
  • Support offsite meetings as they are needed (maybe a couple times a year).  Coordinate with the facility, help draft agendas and ensure actions are completed to enable a successful offsite
  • Help track training when applicable
  • As organizational changes take place, help update shared folder structures to support those changes, coordinating with the customer
  • Help track seating charts for the program
  • Cultivate strong relationships across the organization
