Description

SAIC is looking for an Application Support Team Lead for Microsoft Office.  They will lead a team responsible for answering Microsoft Office how-to calls! 
This role has a Winter 2020 expected start date.

Candidates not located in the Cookeville, TN area would have the option to work remotely.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and resolve Microsoft issues for users over the phone in real time 
  • Create Service Now tickets and analyze trends 
  • Lead team of three agents 
  • Hold trainings and team meetings 
  • Prepare schedules and approve time off 
  • Prepare monthly reviews 

Qualifications

Required Education & Experience
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent in related discipline and three (3) years of related experience; OR, High school and five (5) years of related experience with related certifications. 
  • Teaching or Training experience 
  • Microsoft Office Specialist Certification
Preferred
  • Supervisory experience preferred 
Clearance Required
  • Must be able to obtain & maintain a public trust security clearance.
