Description

Senior Program Management Analyst

Job Description:

Performs qualitative and quantitative analyses, including, but not limited to, project planning and execution, life cycle acquisition planning and management, risk analysis and mitigation plan development. Also requires experience in complex programs. Requires knowledge of contractor earned value/performance reporting and analysis in order to classify and summarize data for the preparation and submission of earned value management reporting. Demonstrated experience with work breakdown structures, cost accounting principles/financial models, schedule development and analysis, and technical performance measurement is required. Experience tracking and archiving UAS Certifications of Authorization is desired.

 

Skills: Strong Attention to Detail. Must have strong organizational & time management skills – able to take in and manage multiple tasks from various sources without getting overwhelmed, and provide timely responses.  Must possess good oral and written communication skills, must coordinate actions across multiple FAA LOBs and external partners organization.

Software Requirements:

  • PowerPoint – advanced proficiency at developing and editing slides and graphics
  • MS Project – intermediate proficiency at creating and maintaining project management schedules
  • Calendar – advanced proficiency creating and managing Outlook calendar invitations, coordinating and managing calendar coordination/conflicts
  • Excel – intermediate proficiency with Excel for creating spreadsheets, performing data analysis, use of formulas, charts, tables, pivot tables
  • Databases – experience with data entry and use of databases

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in related technical or management discipline and 5 years of experience in the above duties. Master’s Degree may be waived with 10 years

Required clearance is an SF-85P completed on site by the FAA.
