SAIC is looking to fill a position for a Level II Application Engineer for Mobile Systems. The position requires the candidate to analyze and study complex system requirements. Design software tools and subsystems to support software reuse and domain analyses and manages their implementation. Manage software development and support using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, other accepted design techniques and Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools. Estimate software development costs and schedule. Review existing programs and assist in making refinements, reducing operating time, and improving current techniques. Supervise software configuration management.
As a member of the Mobile Engineering team, you will design and administer the architecture used to deliver mobile end point services to users. This includes the R&D and M&O associated with Mobile operating system platforms.

Create the timelines for adding new capabilities and engage user's mobility offerings on how best the meet the needs of the mobility worker of the future.
