We are actively seeking a Senior Principle Program Analyst to do Financial/Program/Budget analysis for the development of future GEOINT capabilities. The successful candidate will work in a team environment to monitor capabilities, programs, resources, and activities across the NSG to enhance cross function integration and information sharing. They will lead the development of community-wide policy, strategy, and planning guidance and identity associated programming implications. Guiding resources and developing the NSG strategic management cycle (annual program build) is a key element of this position along with maintaining knowledge of the totality of GEOINT activities, resources and equities and community perspectives influencing the SPB and the Program Office divestment/investment decisions. Work includes establishing, documenting, and defending resources for portfolio planning and providing advice and support to G Functional Management seniors and staff in the identification, review, analysis, assessment, evaluation, and summary of GEOINT resources and capabilities within the NSG Community to identify:
QualificationsTYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and twenty (20) years or more of related experience; Masters and fifteen (15) years or more experience; PhD and five (5) years or more experience.
Skills and Experience:
· Demonstrated understanding quantitative and qualitative methods for decision analytics.
