DescriptionWe are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented IT Enterprise Scrum Master to join our team to begin an exciting and challenging career with SAIC.
QualificationsEducation and Training Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 15 years experience or equivalent. Must have at least 10 years of experience managing projects, with most experience in IT related disciplines. Ability to lead meetings using Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Teams, etc. Experience in infrastructure operations projects preferred. A well-defined track record of releasing products successfully on a frequent basis. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to clearly articulate findings and concepts that support the problem the team is trying to solve. Understand technologies such as AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure services, O365 applications, databases, servers, network devices, and IT service management tools. PMP required. At least one Scrum, SAFE, or related Scrum Master certification required. Advanced Scrum Master certification preferred. Familiarity with DevOps concepts and culture preferred.
