Description
SAIC is seeking an Engagement Operations Representative responsible for performs engagement across the Intelligence Community utilizing the customer domain experience/ expertise across all disciplines.
Provides training, exercise, and operational support to IC partners by identifying customer capabilities that contribute to users’ success.
Provides strategic planning and senior staff support, including strategic and operational engagement coordination.
Executes customer strategic messaging, user needs tracking, business intelligence and data metrics capture, and customer relationship management and monitoring.
