SAIC is positioning to support the U.S Immigration and Customs Enforcement customer within Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO). SAIC will provide Data Management Operational Analytics. This position is contingent pending award of the contract.
The Deputy Program Manager (DPM) will demonstrate expertise and be responsible for the development of data-driven reporting, solutions and workflow recommendations. The DPM will ensure high quality deliverables, and assist the Senior Program/Project Manager (SPM) in monitoring and controlling project progress and management of assigned team members in absence of the Senior Program/Project Manager.
In support of the SPM the DPM will assist in the successful completion and delivery of all deliverables to the client; or manage performance of a separate task or project as part of the larger program under direction of the SPM. The DPM will manage and integrate activities in accordance with contract requirements and ensure technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance; Define or contribute to the program baseline then execute the program to comply with baseline requirements; Manage risk, customer relationships, and program staffing; and Ensure compliance with quality standards
Program management background with a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in performing program/project management.
A Public Trust clearance is required. Must be able to obtain DHS EOD.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Sciences, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
PMI PMP certification
Working knowledge of data science project lifecycles (data acquisition, data preparation, hypothesis & modeling, evaluation & interpretation, deployment, operations, and optimization) and support services.
Experience in data analytics within a U.S. federal Law Enforcement agency.
