SAIC is seeking a Systems Administrator to join our team of diverse individuals.
As part of the team maintaining a long-standing information management system if a secure environment, candidate will interact directly with customers via the help desk answering tickets both over the phone and digitally.
Additional responsibilities include:
Candidate will receive direction from the lead engineer and work independently while keeping the program management informed of progress, schedule changes, priority shifts, etc.
A strong candidate will be one that can integrate in a well-defined, mature team process while actively seeking to contribute new solutions to the betterment of the team.
