Job Description






· Ensure all classified and unclassified hardware and software that is installed on the RDT&E network is registered in DADMS.

· Portfolio Repository - DON (DITPR-DON) and Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP)

· Review eMASS upon initial system registration to ensure all data fields entered by technical program personnel and system owners is accurate.

· Analyze and create business process, procedures, formulate best practices, and develop workflows.

· Assist IT Management leadership in defining, establishing and instantiating IT business policies, standards, and regulations for NIWC Pacific.

· Research and compile information on the current state of IT industry for business case studies, feasibility, cost and benefits analysis, and recommendations of IT business investments.

· Perform technical writing, to include the development and creation of technical SOP's, user guides and business rules.

· Manage project schedules, project plans, agendas, meetings and forum schedules.

· Prepare meeting and forum locations prior to meeting start time to ensure all communication technologies are working and present.

· Generate and maintain cybersecurity documentation, maintain lists of action items, deadlines, meeting minutes, and priorities.

· Prepare reports and presentations as required to support Government task leads.

· Participate in IT related project meetings, working groups, control boards, and technical discussions including professional seminars as required by IT Management

· Generate and maintain cybersecurity documentation, maintain lists of action items, deadlines, meeting minutes, and priorities.

· Assist in managing compliance with Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) standards by tracking and validating employee education, certification, and training requirements.

· Process Add/Change/Delete forms for the CSWF database tool and for Total Workforce Management System (TWMS).

· Respond to CSWF program-based questions regarding certification requirements, processes, required documentation, ticket status, and information posted on the CSWF Wiki.

· Maintain SOPs for processing PAAs, exam voucher requests and annual maintenance fees, and CSWF request responses in an effort to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of support activities.

· Process System Authorization Access Request Navy (SAAR-N) form submissions via the TWMS/Remedy ticketing system.

· Present briefing reports to the Government as required.

· Provide support for the cybersecurity efforts for RMF accreditations (ATO)

· Support the Cybersecurity Team







Key Skills, Knowledge and Abilities



 · 1 year of demonstrated experience in support of IT review in the DoD environment utilizing the following databases: Defense Application & Database Management System (DADMS)/DoD IT

· Proficient in portfolio management, and in the use of standard Microsoft office products

· Must have strong work ethic to work independently with minimal supervision

· Excellent organization skills while working on fast-paced environment

· Ability to multi task

· Excellent verbal, written and documentation skills required

· Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with other team members









· Must be a US Citizen

· Obtain or be able to obtain a SECRET Clearance and CAC

· 2 years of technical experience in standard office automation products
