SAIC is seeking candidates to support United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), including Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) with a focus on survivability, interoperability, reliability, cybersecurity, maintenance, and maintenance upgrades. The successful candidate will be part of the SAIC team, incorporating agile development and operations methodologies and best practices through repeatable agile approach to capabilities assessments and modeling systems in a cost-effective way to explore and document requirements, system characteristics, and capabilities to address reliability, maintainability, quality, supportability, interoperability, and both organizational and technical requirements.

The candidate for this position provides technical analysis and capabilities solutions to a wide range of difficult problems where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors through imaginative, thorough, and practicable solutions, consistent with organization objectives.

 

Information Assurance Engineer:

 

  • Information Assurance / Cybersecurity and Vulnerability Management SME.  In-depth understanding of Mission Based Cyber Risk Assessments (MBCRA) with focus on software with regards to vulnerability analysis, penetration and fault testing, cyber risk assessment including addressing uncertainty, alternatives analysis, metric development, CONOPs analysis, model analysis, and simulation. 
  • Provides support as required for MBCRA vulnerability analysis, penetration and fault testing, cyber risk assessment, including addressing uncertainty, alternatives analysis, metric development, CONOPs analysis, model analysis, and simulation.
  • Evaluates and provides recommended solution sets for future capabilities necessary to protect system and software solutions from Cyber threats in the DOD environment.

 

Recommended (nice to have) – Experience with ISPAN family of Software design and requirements generation a plus.

Qualifications

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:  BA/BS, 9 to 13 years’ experience,

Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience.IAT Level III (CISSP or equivalent); continuous ATO SME.
