We are actively seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) to manage a small task order. The selected candidate will collaborate with the BOA-level Program Manager, the Government Program Manager, and Contractor/Government technical experts to support execution goals and objectives of a Mission customer. Your talents, perspectives, and efforts will contribute directly to the production of valuable intelligence to facilitate positive mission outcomes.

 

The PM will directly contribute to program efforts in several areas including: effective and efficient staffing, schedule estimation and tracking, subcontractor performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities. The PM shall utilize expert verbal and written communication skills to direct the skilled technical resources and report on the technical progress, issues, and problem areas, as well as write and review technical documents.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Management and oversight of successful cost, schedule, and performance
  • Be the primary point of contract to the customer management team
  • All elements of effective staffing: write job requisitions, review resumes, conduct interviews and make candidate selection in a timely manner
  • Continous participation in staff retention and engagement activities
  • Plan, prepare for and present a monthly PMR

 

 

Qualifications

 TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

  • Bachelor’s Degree, technical discipline preferred, from an accredited college or university

  • Five (5) years’ experience as a personnel manager, DPM, Technical Lead or Project Manager on Intelligence Community contacts

  • Technical acumen in any of the following areas: Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, and/or Data Analytics

  • Active PMP and/or is highly desired

  • Technical certifications in AWS, Agile or Cybersecurity are desired
