SAIC is positioning to support the U.S Immigration and Customs Enforcement customer within Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO).  SAIC will provide Data Management Operational Analytics.  This position is contingent pending award of the contract.

The Project Manager (PM)/SME will demonstrate knowledge, experience and ability in the development of solutions/recommendations.  Ensure high quality deliverables, assist in monitoring and controlling project progress and management of assigned team members in absence of the Senior Program/Project/Site Managers.  

Telework may be permitted with customer approval but it is not guaranteed.

Qualifications

PM Requirements: The PM shall have a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in performing program management, knowledge of data science project lifecycles, support services, and a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Sciences, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. Must have program management background. Education may be a substitute for years of experience. 
• SME Requirements: The contractor shall have knowledge of immigration enforcement law, regulations, policy, and operations with at least eight (8) years of recent experience within an immigration law enforcement agency, preferably in ICE. Uses expertise from direct agency training and practice to inform methods of assessing business needs and incorporating subject matter experience into all phases of project planning. Participates in requirements gathering sessions and design reviews to validate project/program scope and associated work products. Possesses strong interpersonal and organizational skills, including an ability to work effectively, both independently and in a collaborative environment, and sustain professional networks that can contribute to successfully deploying new applications to end users.
