Conduct all-source analysis, digital forensics, and adversary targeting to identify, monitor, assess, and counter the threat posed by foreign cyber actors against US information systems, critical infrastructure and cyber-related interests. Research and evaluate technical and all-source intelligence with specific emphasis on network operations and cyber warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures focused on the threat to US and Mission information networks. Analyst will support the following responsibilities:
o Analyze network events to determine the impact on current operations and conduct all-source research to determine advisory capability and intent.
o Prepare assessments and cyber threat profiles of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information.
o Correlate threat data from various sources.
o Develop and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations.
o Collect data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes.
o Produce high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for senior US government intelligence and network operations officials.
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
o Must have active TS/SCI with Poly
o Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced.
o Ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
o Ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conﬂict resolution.
o Ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
o Experience: 12 years related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
o Education: Master’s degree, or Bachelor’ s degree with an additional 5 years of related senior experience (17 total)
