Description
We are actively seeking Senior Data Management Specialists to be responsible for maintaining and updating repositories of documentation generated by multiple participants in complex, multi-project acquisition programs for a Mission customer. The selected candidates will design, maintain, and enhance the taxonomy by which this material is organized. Your talents, perspectives, and efforts will contribute directly to the production of valuable intelligence to facilitate positive mission outcomes.
Responsibilities Include:
Respond quickly and effectively to requests for information
Implement and supervise data management procedures for program and project information
Utilize available automated data management tools to support data management (DM) activities
Establish and maintain the DM Plan: review DM schedules and budgets with the PM and report DM status, results, and metrics
Qualifications
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
Five (5) years of experience in Data Management tracking and managing deliverable documents and data for systems being deployed to multiple sites
Bachelor's degree in information systems with a concentration in database administration or other business acquisition, contract management, or program management related field is required
Additional years of related experience can be substituted for degree
Demonstrated knowledge of document management processes and software
Experience with the application of automated data management tools
Familiarity with the DoD 5000 acquisition process, C4ISR/DoDAF documentation requirements, NSA record keeping and archiving processes, and system engineering is highly desirable
