Description
We are actively seeking Senior Systems Integrators to apply process improvement, engineering methodologies, and principles to effectively improve and align Enterprise-level processes for a Mission customer. The selected candidate will act as a key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure Enterprise-wide integration of engineering efforts. Your talents, perspectives, and efforts will contribute directly to the production of valuable intelligence to facilitate positive mission outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
Ensure processes are established and documented to support the application and institutionalization of sound systems and software engineering discipline and continuous process improvement
Lead assessment teams in conducting both formal and informal assessments and ensure assessment results and recommendations are used as the basis for improvement plans
Conduct training sessions and workshops for Process Improvement activities
Qualifications
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in an Technical/Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus one (1) year of systems engineering experience
