Description

 JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide support to the customer's Operational Tradecraft & Training mission by providing comprehensive knowledge and guidance as it relates to SIGINT collection and geolocation systems which the organization deploys in support of end user requirements.  Provide outreach and subject matter expertise to support to the military service components, COCOMs, and special ops communities to assess stakeholder needs, build collaboration and provide timely and effective support as required.
  • Assist in defining and refining requirements
  • Assess end user SIGINT capabilities
  • Analyze and assist in the establishment of performance and design characteristics
  • Coordinate across the community to define capability gaps, provide guidance and recommendations on capability investments.
  • Review and audit service training material, courses of instruction, and Instructor personnel on the use and implementation of customer tools and capabilities. 
  • Write training material and provide just-in-time, train-the-trainer instruction for customer capabilities.

Qualifications

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Fourteen (14) years or more experience.  Professional experience supporting a military and/or government cryptologic mission. Professional experience may include mission support as a military or government language or signals analyst as it relates to acquiring, identifying, processing and reporting on electromagnetic emissions.


  • Versed in requirements management
  • Experience writing and evaluating test reports/documentation
  • A background in training, either instructor or curriculum development
  • Operational experience using NGW technologies
  • Ground and/or Airborne wireless geolocation experience
