Job Description


•Serve as curriculum development team Lead and Instructional Systems Design (ISD) specialist in supporting the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) C4ISR training program in the development and updates to their training program.  
•Lead team of training analysts, multimedia and graphic arts specialists, subject matter experts, and configuration management analysts in the development and delivery of curriculum. 
•Develop and deliver Training Conduct Support Documents to include: 
a. Lesson Plans 
b. Trainee Guides 
c. Instructor Guide 
d. On-the-job training Handbook data 
e. Instructional Visual Aids 
f. Training Material Change Data 
•Attend and function as ISD lead and SME for C4ISR formal and informal in-process reviews, design reviews, meetings, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), conferences, and briefings occurring CONUS and OCONUS as necessary. 
•Coordinate with Task Order Program Manager and Program Control/Scheduler ensure milestones, deliverables, and expectations are met 
•Oversee the completion of curriculum deliverables to the Task Order PM and OCONUS Site Lead. 
•Oversee and ensure the timely shipping of deliverables to OCONUS CIT/TC site. 
•Oversee and ensue configuration management of developed, updated, and maintained products within cloud and local sites. 
•Schedule and host training-related meetings, agendas, and presentation materials and ensure the meeting minutes are tracked and provided.  
•Ensure the provision of supplies in support of curriculum development activities are maintained. 
•Review, research, and evaluate proposed training programs to include processes completed for needs assessments, evaluations, pilot or beta tests, and any other analysis and design processes in accordance with the ADDIE model and communicate this through deliverables and meetings. 
•Research, review, evaluate and report any and all schedule risks, Plans of Actions and Milestones (POAM), and findings and recommendation reports including schedules, problems, and risks, and status of proposed, planned, and completed training. 
•Respond to schedule changes and surge requirements for training deliverables. 
•Work directly with Task Order PM, OCONUS and CONUS Supervisory Training Specialists in the preparation, planning, and development of courseware for both OCONUS and CONUS requirements. Ensure that all scheduled and planned training deliverables is communicated with T.O. Program Control/Scheduler for input and updates to the Master IMS. 
•Respond to the requests for technology research, review, analysis, and demonstrations that are requested by the RSNF in KSA and PEO PMW 740 Customer. 


Required: Bachelors Degree in Instructional Systems Design or similar curriculum development, education and training related disciplines and 10 years experience leading and managing training programs/projects. Requires experience and working knowledge of NAVMC 1553.2 and MIL-HDBK-29612-2A Instructional systems Development/Systems Approach to Training and Education. Requires experience and working knowledge of all areas of the Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate (ADDIE) process.  

Desired: Experience working in or with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) in providing training requirements. Experience leading curriculum development teams within DoD and/or Joint military; Experience designing and developing live and virtual, Instructor Led, Classroom Led, Computer Based, and Distributed training to DoD and/or Joint military students.
