JOB DESCRIPTION:

SAIC is looking for candidates to perform Business Solution Manager (BSM) duties to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Transforming All-Source Analysis with Location-Based Object Services (TALOS) to advance the state of the art in Big Data, data analysis, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and advanced analytics to enhance the DoD’s and the Intelligence Community’s (IC) information processes and technical architectures.

 

DIA’s mission partners in the Combatant Commands (COCOM) J2 Intelligence Directorates have the need for Big Data systems processing intelligence data for processes varying sets of classified and unclassified Intelligence data. The BSM will perform duties as a TALOS DIA COCOM representative to the United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM) Intelligence Directorate (J2) at Colorado Springs, CO. In support of this effort, the BSM will work closely with the client to provide guidance, functional and technical experience and will incorporate knowledge of a client's processes, to deliver scalable design specifications that will satisfy their modernization requirement. Collaborate with the TALOS Data and software engineers and local Intelligence leaders to improve the COCOMs data integration process. Work with local directorates and other command elements to ensure awareness and comprehension of DIA’s analytic modernization efforts to improve internal processes and tradecraft within the COCOM.

 

Additional duties may include:

 

  • Briefing senior staff on integration of new/updated technology

  • Supporting integration strategy for crisis support

  • Policy development and technical writing related to data governance and management 

Qualifications

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • An active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience data analytics, or national intelligence related fields.

  • Experience (within the last year) in intelligence analysis or data integration for Object Based Production (OBP) or MIDB at the COCOM or equivalent level.
