SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst to support the Time Based Flow Management (TBFM) program office. The successful candidate will support the planning and management functions associated with deploying the Terminal Sequencing and Spacing (TSAS) capability in the National Airspace System. Specific responsibilities include:

 

 

  • Providing direct support to the TSAS Capability Manager and Project Lead to facilitate resolution of any programmatic issues. This may include coordination among several FAA organizations, facilities, and vendors.

  • Prepare and deliver program documentation, such as presentations, briefings, charts, graphs, etc.

  • Perform planning, tracking, monitoring of program status, action items, and activities.

  • Support program meetings by developing required documentation, such as meeting agendas, minutes, lesson learned, etc.

  • Review and prepare program reports.
  • Schedule, facilitate, and support meetings.

    

The selected person will be required to work closely with personnel located at the FAA Headquarters in Washington DC and other locations, including NJ. Up to 25% travel may be required.

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience including at least 5 years supporting the FAA and a Bachelor's degree.  Additional 5 years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree

  • Ability to develop and manage an integrated program schedule, including identifying dependencies, and key deliverables

  • Experience preparing technical documentation for executive consumption to help foster understand the program’s effectiveness; this includes writing reports and developing presentations

  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with various stakeholder groups

  • Ability to assess the effectiveness of the program in meeting its established goals and objectives

  • Experience facilitating meetings with multiple technical organizations and their teams to find programmatic solutions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills using both technical and user-friendly language

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team

  • Skilled in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to satisfy FAA resume and security requirements
