 SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst to join our Team in Washington DC to support the International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program (ICITAP) contract.

 

Job Duties: 

  • Serves on a regional operations team and assist the Deputy Assistant Director, and senior leadership, in implementing goals and performance standards established for the region. 
  • Responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:
  • Developing necessary documentation to execute and track financial, administrative, and programmatic matters
  • Preparing reports and other written materials.
  • Assisting in the financial oversight of programs to include developing and tracking program budgets, reviewing invoices, and analyzing financial reports.
  • Coordinating logistics for conferences, trainings, and other activities to support ICITAP programs.
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
  • This role requires a great deal of flexibility when supporting various programs and SAIC.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree (combination of experience and education will be considered)

  • U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust certification from the U.S. DOJ

  • 15+ years of professional experience

  • 5 years supporting international law enforcement programs, or combination of other government programs.

  • Proficiency with MS Office products (specifically Excel and Word)

  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast pace and changing environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

  • Ability to balance priorities and multiple requirements of employment with SAIC, the ICITAP customer, and other government stakeholders

  • Teamwork, the ability support ICITAP and SAIC management goals and objectives is a must 

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times is required.

Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
