SAIC is seeking a Model/Simulation Engineer to join our team in McLean, VA.
The candidate will join a team of engineers that develops, integrates, and uses modeling and simulation for analysis of advanced warfighting architectures, primarily in the mission areas of Integrated Air and Missile Defense, Counter UAS, and Attack operations.
The candidate is expected to work in a fast paced environment, and generate analysis products by developing and using scripts and post-processors (written in MATLAB and Python) and synthesize the results into briefings. Candidate will be expected to attend bi-weekly meetings at a DoD site in Arlington, no other travel is expected.
Active secret security clearance
Experience with programming languages such as MatLab, Perl, or Python.
Experience planning and executing modeling and simulation systems development projects.
