We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Service Management System Engineer - Mid to join our team in Washington, DC to begin an exciting and challenging career with SAIC.
Duties: Responsible for supporting the Service Management System operations, to include engineers and the SMS development life cycle.
Experience: Bachelor's degree and 8 years experience. Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience providing Service Management System administration services. Must have experience managing SMS development activities and be proficient in applying the SDLC and DevOps principles. Must have knowledge the current DOT SMS. (Currently Remedy.)
