We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Sr. Software Engineer to join our team to begin an exciting and challenging career with SAIC Federal Systems. The duties and responsibilities for this position requirements are listed in priority order and include the design, development, deployment and documentation of software solutions in the following application and technology areas:
• Antitrust Human Resources Tracking System
• Master Oracle Forms Application
• Standard Reports Development
• Ad Hoc Reports Development
• Automated Report Distribution
• NFC HR DB Synchronization with HRTS:
• Daily Execution of Integration Scripts
• Quality Assurance Review of Daily Integration
• Spot Adjustments of Select Transactions
• Business Intelligence Administration:
• Directory Maintenance
• Access Rights Administration
• Folder Administration
• End User BI Training
• Business Intelligence Report Development
• Standard Report Development
• Ad Hoc Report Development

Qualifications

Position Requirements: ? Must be US Citizen capable of passing security clearance and background check to work supporting Federal Agencies ? Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience in IT and 12 years experience ? ITIL awareness ? ORACLE - Significant experience developing major, enterprise-level application systems employing the following software development tools: ? SQL*PLUS, PL/SQL ? DDL-based definition of normalized relational table structures with referential integrity, indexing and enforced data validity, ? Single and multi-table insert, update, delete ? Software for the editing, reformatting and loading of flat data files into a multi-table data base structure ? Queries, reports, inserts and updates using joins (inner and outer), sub-queries and tree structures ? XML/Oracle DB bi-directional transformations ? Scripted data validation based on LOVs, range checks, cross field checks, etc. ? View creation, updating and querying ? PL/SQL-based DB triggers, functions and packaged procedures ? SMTP-based automated e-mail notifications based on data base triggered PL/SQL packages. ? Web-based development with the Oracle HTML Web toolkit ? Oracle Forms JQuery library-based development General Skills
• Definition of multi-block and multi-page forms
• Multi-form systems and standard reports tied together with forms menus
• Forms presenting relational data in columnar, master/detail, master detail/detail, form, and cross tab formats
• Forms which prompt for run-time parameters, and then call Oracle Reports, passing the parameters for execution.
• Triggers at the field, block and form levels
• Scripted data validation based on Oracle LOVs, cross field checks, range checks, etc.
• Referential integrity enforcement
• Links to the web
• Seamless connectivity with eRoom collaborative environment (e.g. for drag and drop of file system our Outlook objects).
• Extensions to basic Oracle query capability (e.g. single Where Clause crafted from data values entered in multiple blocks traversing multiple relational levels).

• Triggers at the field, row, break and report levels;
• Graphics and image integration
• Standard headers, footers and footnote integration;
• Suppression of Cartesian Products, in reports involving multiple one-to-many table joins.
• Dynamic Multi-Field selection criteria run-time prompts, via LOVs, data shuttles, etc.
• Universe Design and Development
• Mapping Relational Tables / Columns to Universe Objects
• Mapping Decode Table / Columns to Universe Objects
• Function-based Object Development
• View-based Object Development
• Specific ATR Application Experience
• Human Resources Tracking System
• Human Resources Projection System
• Matter Tracking System
