Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Must have current/active Secret clearance
• Requires a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering or equivalent engineering degree, OR four (4) additional years of demonstrated equivalent technical expertise with 5+ years of experience. 
• Must have 3+ years of demonstrated experience working with/maintaining physical or virtual Linux environments
• Must have experience with installing, configuring, and maintaining Linux on a server-side system
• Must have experience with monitoring server / system performance; identifying & recommending resolutions; developing & deploying solutions
• Must have experience with configuring and managing user accesses to Linux systems; monitoring system stability and security
• Familiarity with information security best practices and techniques
• Proven problem-solving / troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
