Job Description


SAIC is seeking a CFT Experimentation Analyst to support the Army and Maneuver Center of Excellence located at Fort Benning, GA. 

Candidate must be capable of the following skills/capabilities:

  • Developing methodologies and implementing comprehensive plans to collect and analyze data during computer-supported simulation experiments. 
  • Developing measures of effectiveness, measures of merit, reducing data, analyzing data, and reporting the findings as they relate to experiment issues.  Experiments focus on the military utility of potential future Army capabilities and systems. 
  • Document insights and findings related to experimentation results in support of a final report. Primary responsibilities include developing data source matrixes, data collection plans and collection instruments, data reduction and analysis.
  • Coordinate with various agencies to ensure experiment objectives are synchronized with Army and Maneuver Center of Excellence requirements.
  • Responsible for, or supporting the planning, resourcing, preparation and execution of each experiment. 
  • Works in conjunction with project officers to provide a final report addressing all experiment issues, develops databases that effectively archive all data captured.
  • Attending planning meetings, training and managing data collectors, managing data, conducting analysis, and reporting the results of experimentation.
  • Analyzes actual and predictable interacting operational activities of a military, governmental, or business system to obtain a qualitative or quantitative, rational basis for decision-making, policies (e.g., Doctrine, Organization, Training, Leader Development, Material, Personnel, Facilities) or resource allocation in support of US Government policy goals and objectives.
  • Provides integral policy support in the capability development and integration of solutions and the conceptualization, design, development, testing, verification and validation, documentation, and implementation of modeling and simulation based decision support system applications.



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and four (4) years of related experience (4 years of experience accepted in lieu of degree)


Must currently possess or be able to obtain a Secret Security clearance.


Must be a US Citizen


Desired Skills:

  • Former Combat Arms Officer with combat experience preferred.
  • Experience in US Army Capabilities Development
