Job Description


SAIC has a career opening for a Technical Services Associate on the Identities and Access Management Account Services team. This position will contribute to a team focused on the maintenance and day to day operations of enterprise and application access and will report into the corporate Information Technology Office. This position focuses on support to end-users who require access to corporate systems in addition to supporting the Engineering and other teams that build and manage those systems. Responsibilities include creation and maintenance of various system and application accounts, researching and analyzing customer needs; contributing to service strategy discussions; maintaining supporting documentation; contributing to projects that change the features, usability, service levels, or other aspects of the service design; testing, validation, and transitioning to new designs and supporting integration and operations.

Principle Responsibilities:

-       Providing account administration to local and remote users for infrastructure and application access including but not limited to Active Directory, PeopleSoft, CostPoint, EPM, Deltek, MobileIron, Taleo and WebEx

-       Managing identity information for users in a multi-domain environment

-       Managing Groups, Users, Service, and Computer Accounts

-       Managing and distributing hardware and software tokens for Multifactor Authentication (MFA)

-       Managing and distributing smartcards for email encryption


Additional Responsibilities:

-       Work Incident and Task requests and manage workload via ServiceNow ticketing system

-       Troubleshoot and resolve account and access issues within covered areas

-       Managing passwords in CyberArk vaults

-       Following and upholding compliance to all applicable government regulations and controls such as SOX, DCAA, and DFARS

-       Technical Documentation and Process creation, review, maintenance, and improvement

-       Change control, Incident and Problem resolution

-       Implementation of requests from other teams and individuals



-       US Citizenship

-       Bachelor's Degree in related field such as Computer Science or Information Systems. Years of experience with access management or technical support may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.

-       CompTIA Security+ CE Certification

-       Experience working with Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services, LDAP protocol, and remote administration of infrastructure and application support

-       Experience with ITIL methodologies including change, problem, and incident management

-       Experience with solving complex problems under pressure

-       Excellent oral and written communication skills – including ability to write documentation and clearly communicate moderately complex or technical information and concepts


-       Microsoft Identity Manager 2016 (MIM), Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Office365

-       Experience with the following applications; Axiad ActiveID Credential Manager, Axiad IDwallet, Axiad Management Console, Cognos, CostPoint, CyberArk, Deltek T&E, EPM, Evidian QRentry, Lotus Notes, PeopleSoft, Taleo, WebEx

-       Java and web application development

-       Certifications in Microsoft Technologies

o    Examples include: MCTS, MCITP, MCSA, MCSE

-       ISC(2) certifications

o    Examples include: CISSP, SSCP, CCSP
