SAIC is seeking an experienced Case Manager in support of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense (DASD) for Industrial Policy.  In this position, a successful candidate will provide case management review and assessment of current Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) cases. A successful candidate will review CFIUS filings, prepare summaries of assigned cases, engage DoD stakeholders to determine the facts of the case, and make recommendations to the senior leaders.


In cases where it is possible to mitigate risk, the Case Managers will draft and deliver to the government an initial Risk Based Assessment (RBA) and mitigation terms and will develop and deliver to the government standard procedures for reviewing and assessing CFIUS cases.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support INDPOL in the review and assessment of current Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) cases.
  • Case Managers will review the CFIUS filing, prepare a Fact Summary of the case, engage all DoD stakeholders on the facts of the case, compile comments from DoD stakeholders, and make recommendations on how to proceed.
  • Case Managers shall prepare and manage the routing of any associated staffing packages.
  • Case Managers will draft and deliver to the government an initial Risk Based Assessment (RBA) and mitigation terms.
  • Develop and deliver to the government standard procedures for reviewing and assessing CFIUS cases.

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree in one of the following areas: Business, Finance, Economics, or National Security.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing multiple cases, projects, or files between different SMEs
  • Successfully tracking edits, additions, evidence, regulatory findings, and assessments from multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate (oral or written) risks to senior DoD leaders
Desired Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree
