Job Description


  • Provides organizational logistics support to include coordination, activation, implementation, and structural integrity of planned initiatives and contractual agreements. 
  • Performs various activities in support of development, operation, evaluation, and improvement of military systems supportability and/or maintainability and information systems. 
  • Collects, compiles, analyzes, investigates, and researches financial data or information on systems supported. 
  • Develops, modifies, prepares, or validates documentation in relation to automated logistics, maintenance data reporting, or management information systems. Participates in special projects as required.


  • High School plus four years of experience; familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel). 
  • Prepare initial procurement packages and obtain price quote information for purchasing card (P-Card), Rapid Action Change (RAC) and Military Standard Requisitioning and Issue Procedures (MILSTRIP) Orders.  
  • Provide information to Budget Financial Manager (BFM) for Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs).  
  • Candidate needs to be familiar with Navy Supply System and One Touch Support (OTS) website.

Desired Qualifications


Familiar with Joint Deficiency Reporting System (JDRS) for completing Technical Publication Deficiency Report (TPDR). Review technical drawings for material requirements accuracy to provision for the AN/TPN-31(V)7 and AN/TSQ-263 systems using Interactive Computer Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS).
