SAIC is seeking an experienced Army Aviator and Acquisition Program Manager for the Fires/Aviation/Missile defense Operation (FAMDO) to engage in a full range of account management and business development activities.
The Program Account Deputy will support the current Redstone Arsenal Aviation Account Manager in identifying near-, mid- and long-range opportunities across the Aviation Portfolio (AMCOM and CCDC AvMC). The selected candidate must have a well-versed background in Army Aviation and possess skills/experience in acquisitions.
The Deputy Account Manager & Strategic Business Lead will:
Be a Strategic Lead to the FAMDO Operation Manager & Business Development Vice President.
Assist in developing the formulation of aviation concepts and business development of strategic, tactical, and operational activities.
Provide support to the Redstone Arsenal Account Manager with the development of near-, mid- and long-range strategic opportunities. Support account review activities.
Provide assistance to the FAMDO organization, as related to mission needs, with all phases of Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) and identifying the “lines of funding”.
Assist Redstone Arsenal Account Manager with the creation of internal and external customer presentations.
Assist in communications with top-level leaders on Redstone Arsenal, high-ranking officials in other federal agencies, and various governing boards/committees.
Must possess an active Secret Security Clearance
Demonstrated experience in Army Aviation and Acquisition
Working knowledge of Aviation Business Development
Capable of exhibiting strategic leadership to the FAMDO organization
