This position is for a SIGINT Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the DCGS SIGINT Function Team. SME should have in-depth expertise in SIGINT and a broad knowledge of other disciplines within the IC. Candidates must have previous experience with DCGS and/or Defense Intelligence Information Enterprise (DI2E) systems and/or programs. SME will leverage the Defense Intelligence Information Enterprise (DI2E) governance processes to routinely address and resolve DCGS limitations, and expand opportunities to synchronize with the Intelligence Community, Combatant Command Joint Intelligence Operations Centers, and other enterprise data holdings/architecture.
Candidate should have experience working with military services. SME will coordinate with military Service Cryptologic Components of the US and our Allies to capture the technical challenges related to tactical SIGINT interoperability within the 5-Eyes partners. Candidate will facilitate discovery of technical solutions and work with U.S. and international government, military, and industry stakeholders to test and validate solutions. Candidate will work closely with Theater Netcentric Geolocation capabilities of both the National and service level. Candidate will participate in live test events. Candidate will also develop plans to sustain capabilities and conduct periodic technology/equipment refresh. During test demonstrations candidate should be able to carry a 30lb load and participate in short-duration physically activities.
