Seeking a highly motivated, self-driven and results-oriented systems integrator to support the front office for a key customer group. The successful candidate will apply a well-rounded set of skills and relevant customer experience to support a variety of customers and functions in a dynamic and exciting mission space. The candidate must be able to thrive in an environment that requires interactions with numerous stakeholders, the ability to work under deadlines, the ability to prioritize tasks and follow through to ensure completion, the ability to create high quality documents and presentations the first time, and the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly required

• Proven ability to work independently without oversight while exercising good judgement on task completion and coordinating with the appropriate stakeholders as necessary. This skill is essential to the job
• Strong attention to detail, working quickly but accurately to deliver high-quality products that do not require correction
• Be a self-starter with a drive to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner. This includes proven experience being responsible for capturing actions, dispositioning them, and following through persistently until they are completed
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers at all levels of the organization, exhibiting tact while being assertive and effective
• Ability to support multiple programs and projects simultaneously through exceptional organization and time management skills
• Extensive experience preparing briefings and documentation for senior-level audiences to include capturing information on the fly in an accurate manner
• Ability to translate technical information and communicate it to a non-technical audience through technical editing
• Support a variety of activities to include organizing agendas and capturing and disseminating read ahead materials for a variety of review boards
• Minimum of 3-5 years of customer experience, but significantly more is preferred
• Expert level skills with MS Office products
