SAIC is looking for a Program Analyst to provide dedicated advisory and assistance services (A&AS) support to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Nuclear Enterprise Directorate, Nuclear Surety Department. The qualified candidate provides strong Program Support functions as Contractor support for organizing, coordinating, executing and integrating activities and support for the Nuclear Surety Department, Nuclear Enterprise Directorate.
The candidate will draft written reports and summaries for DoD nuclear policy, strategies, and plans. Develop white papers, point papers, and briefings, as required. Interact with experienced technical staff, management, and government clients. Assist in the preparation, presentation, and follow-up of briefings. Plan, attend, and document meetings and conferences. Perform administrative actions as directed, e.g., manage office taskers, track training and certificates, comply with administrative requirements, etc. Work will be conducted on the government site at FT Belvoir, VA.
Primary Duties include:
-Assisting with the daily operation of the Nuclear Surety Department, Nuclear Enterprise Directorate by performing technical project management, and overseeing the execution and completion of projects in the professional services arena.
-Reviewing briefing materials, papers, program papers, and other material including trip reports, information papers, and talking points.
-Managing office taskers, calendars, distribution lists, and office travel
-Directly supporting the Nuclear Strategy and Doctrine division by attending nuclear strategy & doctrine conferences, symposiums, and discussions and prepares analysis papers, after action reports, and trip reports.
-May provide budget analysis, labor planning, facilities coordination and coordination of activities between client and SAIC personnel.
-Maintains and update all department SOPs, staff notes, and SharePoint sites for the department
-Tracks all awards, military evaluations, and personnel actions for the department.
-May provide support in drafting, creating, and managing department priorities and internal processes.
QualificationsTYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree and 0 years related experience.

-Experience with government programs
-Office administrative and organization skills
-Ability to work with Senior Leaders/ Department/ Division Chiefs
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Command of the English language with exceptional technical review abilities
