SAIC is seeking a Program Management Officer for the Engineering, Development, Integration, and Sustainment (EDIS) program. This position is to support the Space and Missile Systems Center Advanced Systems & Development Directorate (SMC/ AD) to develop, deploy, modernize, and expand the EDIS program and its customers. The position is located in Albuquerque, NM.
Key responsibilities are:

• Performing project management tasks, governance actions, and technical analyses as a key member of the PMO
• Developing and applying a prioritization and scoring framework to present technical issues for PM
• Liaising with SE&I Leadership to ensure PM-assigned actions are completed on time and meet stated objectives 
• Classifying and summarizing data for the preparation and submission of reports and products to the USAF customer
• Providing process improvement recommendations to PMO leadership in order to refine internal business practices
• Supporting the staffing process between the Engility program management and subcontractor program managers 
• Managing multiple internal processes, programs, and PMO documents
• Coordination of team events and activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (6 years) within the aerospace industry. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
• Must possess or have the ability to possess a Secret Clearance
• Experience with process analysis, development, and improvement
• Experience working with Government contracting and financial management
• Experience writing and delivering technical documents and briefings
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills to enable working, interfacing, and interrelating with diverse personnel and dynamic teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications

Desired Qualifications

• Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance
• Experience with one of the following segments of a DoD program: space, ground, user, operations, test, or sustainment
• Familiarity and experience working with DoD and SMC organizations
