SAIC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide programmatic support to the PMW-160 Automated Digital Network System (ADNS) Engineering Lead.  Ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project management principals, with a background or familiarity in ADNS network infrastructure.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist ADNS Lead Engineer with daily tasks as assigned
  • Assist ADNS Lead Engineer with projects as assigned
  • Attend meetings as assigned, provide input, and take notes
  • Coordinate the Systems Engineering Integrated Product Team (SE IPT) agenda and meeting
  • Maintain and obtain status for the SE IPT Action/Bug/ROM tracker spreadsheet
  • Create the ADNS Engineering Risk slides
  • Maintain and obtain status for the ADNS Engineering Risks
  • Coordinate the development of the ADNS Systems Engineering Plan
  • Coordinated Engineering's response to issues from the Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) Risk and Issue (R&I) reviews
  • Collaborate on the development of the ADNS baseline
  • Collaborate on the ADNS documentation template standardization effort
  • Assist with development of various engineering system design and test documents
  • Assist with completing the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) for various design and test documents
  • Collaborate on the development of an ADNS Network Interoperability Profile (NIOP) document

Qualifications

Required Education, Clearance and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors’ in Business, Engineering, or Science
  • 5-7 years’ experience with supporting DoD leadership: developing and presenting briefs, project schedules, reviewing technical documents (engineering documents, drawing, and diagrams), risk analysis/mitigation, and requirements analysis
  • Must Have an ACTIVE Secret Clearance
  • Writing skills, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, etc.) 

Desired Qualifications

 
  • Familiarity with model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) a plus
  • Agile Certification a plus
