SAIC Corporation provides worldwide support services for the Department of Justice’s International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program and Office of Overseas Prosecutorial Development Assistance and Training (DOJ/ICITAP/OPDAT). The Regional Analyst acts as liaison between SAIC Corporation Program Management Office (PMO), Washington, D.C., and DOJ/ICITAP/OPDAT’s headquarters as well as international field offices.
The individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle multiple tasks and be able to prioritize accordingly. Should have excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to provide a high-level of customer service. Must be self-motivated, taking initiative, detailed-oriented and persistent with a high degree of personal integrity and professionalism.
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Performs multiple day-to- day administrative and operational functions within the Program Management Office
Reviews and approves time-sheets, expense reports, and other pay documents
Reviews funding orders and requirements, handles vendor invoices and process payments
Creates, reviews, and briefs various administrative and operational reports on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis
Handles the personnel actions such as employment on-boarding (issuing of service agreements and supporting documentation) and initial deployment or re-deployment (travel arrangements, hotel/housing assistance, visa processing, etc.)
Serves as the initial point of contact for employees deployed to a specific region
Assists in the process of procuring goods and services to sustain international program operations
Reviews task orders for accuracy and content
Meet regularly with DOJ Analysts and other stakeholders
Work with recruiter to identify and hire candidates
Performs travel, procurement, and logistic duties
Responsible for upkeep of document control procedures
Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
BA/BS degree; will consider years of experience in related field.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Waiver or possess US
5 years demonstrated experience working in a high demand, fast paced,
changing organization, with flexibility and competing short deadlines.
Must have experience in a detail orientated position and work under broad
direction and guidance.
Experience with logistics, coordinating travel, conferences and procurement.
Interpersonal skills: Team-player, “can do” positive attitude during routine as well as when dealing with challenging requirements.
With short notice, this position may require, at times, working evening hours, some weekends, and travel within the US and internationally.
