Job Description



Responsible for compiling complete technical data packages for assigned munitions in support of MIDAS, using multiple online resources and electronic databases. The process of doing this requires attentiveness and diligence.  Candidate must be thorough to ensure customer requirements are met and accurate data is provided to MIDAS characterizers.  While the information must be thorough and accurate, it must also be compiled in a timely manner to support productivity of the MIDAS team.



  • Obtains and maintains access to specified websites and repositories in order to acquire drawings and specifications
  • Tracks access renewal requirements and forms submissions as required by each site/repository
  • Accurately documents all tech data and other information concerning data using Excel  
  • Fields and responds to additional requests from MIDAS characterizers as needed  
  • Tracks all requests and follows up in an accurate and timely manner  
  • Tracks the point of process for multiple projects simultaneously



  • High School diploma or GED required 
  • 1-3 years experience in data retrieval tasking (required)

    Data retrieval is the retrieval of items (objects, Web pages, documents, etc.) from a database management system which satisfy specific conditions set in a regular expression like query.  

  • Experience operating scanning equipment (required)

  • Must have excellent knowledge of and working experience in Excel and Outlook
  • Must be exceptionally attentive to detail
  • Must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must be able to listen, follow written directions, and adjust as program requirements change based on customer directives
  • Must be able work in a team environment and independently
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain a Secret Security clearance

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications, compute weight calculations, and read blueprints/schematics is extremely beneficial
