The candidate should have an understanding of applications such as Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, as well a working knowledge of BMC Remedy Applications. The candidate will develop an expert level of knowledge of Remedy Reporting.
Will be face of customer support and be willing to work 7:30 – 4:00 per customer requirements. Communicate status of customer requests to management and team members using the designated tools.
Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrate and the ability to work effectively with customers and team members. The candidate must be able to work independently.
Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree or Eight (8) years of relevant experience over and above the minimum experience requirements for the position will be considered equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree.
