JOB DESCRIPTION: Applies design systems thinking to intelligence requirements and questions in order to vet, assess and implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions for defense intelligence mission challenges. Tasks would include identifying mature, emerging or needed technologies in the AI domain which have cross-cutting applications across the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) research and development portfolio. Task would require the application behavior modification techniques to migrate current business processes to new processes leveraging AI to solve intelligence challenges. Interfaces with mission elements to refine requirements and extract unstated needs. Participates in development of advanced concepts, techniques, and standards. Develops new applications based on professional principles and theories. Viewed as expert in field within the corporation. Establishes operational objectives and assignments. Objectives are reviewed by senior management to determine success of operation. Involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies which affect immediate operation(s) and may also have company-wide effect. PROBLEM COMPLEXITY: Participates in development of solutions to problems of unusually complex which require a high degree of ingenuity and innovation. Challenges are often unique and solutions may serve precedent for future decisions.
QualificationsTYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors Degree in business management/adminstration and at least five (5) years of experience required in commercial and/or government executive management consulting. Certification in Change Management from a professionally accredited training program, business school or institution of higher learning can be substituted for years of experience. In lieu of Bachelors Degree, candidate must have four (4) additional years of experience in commercial and/or government executive management consulting. Knowledge or experience with AI in the commercial, government or academic sector. Must have a current/active TS/SCI and must be willing and able to pass a CI Polygraph as needed.
Desired QualificationsDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience/work in supporting the DIA within the last five (5) years. Data science background desired, but not required.
