Applicant will serve as the lead for maintenance and logistics for Special Access Programs within Air Combat Command. There are few specified tasks associated with this position. Applicant will assess the status of the program and apply knowledge and skills gained through previous experience to decide what needs to be accomplished to meet program deadlines. The programs supported provide critical capability to the United States and are very highly visible.
Tasks could include building requirements for maintenance design; direct work with program office and contractor; basing issues; site surveys; manpower; logistics support; movements and transportation. Applicant must have a strong background in maintenance and logistics with existing Air Force systems to apply that experience to support systems under development.
