As an SAIC Web Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the web environment deployment and maintenance activities. Perform testing and quality assurance of web sites and web applications.
Maintains internal/external company web site content. Work may include reformatting text, assuring hyperlink integrity, file transfer, and translation and posting of new material to the page involving HTML scripting.
Compiles, analyzes and reports statistics regarding 'hits' to the website.
Assists in maintaining security processes and procedures.
Address requests or questions from site visitors, by way of Help Desk inquiries, or redirect inquiries to appropriate person(s).
Participate in web technology research.
Collaborate with development teams to discuss, analyze, or resolve usability issues.
Track, compile, and analyze web site usage data.
Document application and web site changes or change procedures.
Test new software packages for use in web operations or other applications.
Understands 508 compliance and ensure web pages are 508 compliant according to the customers’ standards.
Set up or maintain monitoring tools on web servers or web sites.
Document installation or configuration procedures to allow maintenance and repetition.
Provide training or technical assistance in web site implementation or use.
Gather, analyze, or document user feedback to locate or resolve sources of problems.
AA Degree in related discipline and three (3) years or more of related experience; Or, High School and five (5) years of related experience with relevant certification.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Experience working in commercial and local governments business settings.
ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation Certification.
Familiarity with ServiceNow.
Familiarity with mobile platforms and development.
