JOB DESCRIPTION: The Program manager is the Contractor’s authorized interface with the Sponsor Contracting Officer (CO), and the Contracting Officers Technical Representative (COTR), and is responsible for the overall contract performance of the Task Order (TO) Statement of Work (SOW). Tasks include:
Manage and monitor the cost, schedule, technical performance, staffing, materials, deliverables, quality, and metric objectives and milestones
Recruit and retain the required mix of personnel with the expertise, experience, and other appropriate qualifications to perform the required tasks
Ensure that Contractor products and tasks are completed within deadlines
Formulate and enforce work standards, schedule Contractor work, review work discrepancies, and supervise Contractor personnel
Ensure all security requirements and governance guidelines are met
Collect, analyze, and maintain task performance metrics
Coordinate, collaborate, and communicate with the COTR, CO, and Government Task Managers (GTM), as required, of potential problems, issues, and/or risk that may adversely effect the mission and complete of task activities and deliverables
Participate in management review; and provide the Government with required contractual documents, as needed
Foster a culture of excellence while proactively and collaboratively identifying and addressing mission and workforce challenges
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors and eighteen (18) years or more of related experience
Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Minimum of ten years of project management experience managing complex projects of a similar scope and complexity to the Section C requirements.
PgMP, PMP, or Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level 3 Certification
Previous experience managing a diverse and complex mission-driven program.
Skills necessary to oversee the technical and operational functions, planning, organization, and control of resources to complete all deliverables and services
- Master’s degree in Business Management, Project/Program management or other related field
- Experience in an IC, military, or other Government environment performing in a related subject area (e.g., project management, program management, intelligence, analysis, etc.)
