Provide SMC/LR launch ascent operations readiness and integration services for Non-NRO EELV and new entrant launches at a service level consistent with that which is provided for NRO launches. Perform the launch processes, launch readiness and early-orbit network operations readiness for the end-to-end performance during critical early orbit operations provide at Schriever Air Force Base.
Specific tasks and deliverables but not limited to shall include:
a. Develop and deliver a NOPS concept of Operations for non-NRO EELV missions
b. Develop and deliver the NOPS launch constraint criteria, day of launch plans and procedures for non-NRO EELV missions
c. Develop and deliver rehearsal scenarios and scripts for non-NRO EELV missions
d. Develop and deliver an independent assessment report to the NOPS launch teams readiness for non-NRO EELV missions
e. Develop and deliver launch handbooks for non-NRO EELV missions
f. Develop and deliver action items and lessons learned following each launch readiness event for non-NRO EELV missions
g. Perform ascent telemetry collection, orbital trajectory analysis, and early orbit acquisition contingency planning. Provide a technical data report for non-NRO EELV missions.

Bachelor's of Science Degree in Engineering field, mandatory, and nine (9) years or more of experience; Master's Degree in Engineering desired and seven (7) years of more of experience.
5+ years launch and satellite integration and launch service acquisition experience desired
