Job Description


Enterprise integration scheduling for the GPS program as part of the GPS Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) team. Position interfaces include GPS client, supporting contractors, external stakeholder organizations, and SE&I teammates

Key responsibilities will include:

-Development and maintenance of the Enterprise Master Schedule (EMS) – a product linking multiple schedule products and a database of Giver/Receiver dependencies

-Identification, documentation and management of key schedule dependencies between GPS segments, development contractors, and external stakeholders

-Analysis of primary/secondary critical paths and margin

-Creation of automated reporting templates and routine generation of reports using third-party tools and custom scripts



-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, Science or Engineering or related field 


-Effective communicator with excellent writing and briefing skills


-Capable of performing work under general direction to collect and synthesize data across project teams, of participating in the determination and management of scheduling team objectives, and the planning of activities to accomplish team objectives


-Able to function in a dynamic organization, communicate within a team environment, and facilitate and lead status meetings


-Able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance








Desired Qualifications


-1-2 years experience with MS Project

-1-2 years experience providing schedule deliverables in support of Government programs

-1-2 years experience integrating events between schedules produced by various stakeholders

-Experience using third-party graphical scheduling tools (such as OnePager Pro or Milestones Pro)

-Experience with Government satellite programs and/or managing schedules for technical projects

-Current Secret Security Clearance
