DescriptionThe Compensation Principal will be a key role in establishing and administering enterprise-wide compensation policies, procedures, practices, and programs. This role will require government contracting compensation experience and will partner with Finance, Government Compliance, Payroll, HRIS and other stakeholders to develop new solutions, ensure compliance with SOX controls, respond to government contracting proposals, complete DCAA audits and audits of other regulatory organizations.
