Assume responsibility for property management, inventory and order items including hardware and software.
Manage workflow by assigning Remedy CRQ/work orders/tasks to other team members, and ensure tickets metric and deadlines are met and work is completed correctly.
Provide administrative support, logistics and communications, including customer liaison, generate memos, emails and reports as requested.
Support various Property Management Outcomes, including but not limited to: Acquisition, Receipt, Receiving and Identification, Records, Physical Inventory, Maintenance.
Control all outgoing & incoming shipments, schedule deliveries, update shipping & receiving documents and functions are completed accurately and on time.
Maintains property accountability records by physically tagging accountable property and loading and updating records in System database.
Update official records to reflect inventory, hardware location, transfer, loss, disposal through objective evidence obtained from incoming and outgoing shipping documentation, authorized transfer documents, excess property.
Maintain records of purchases, communication, and transactions and vendors interactions.
Manages the operational aspects of ongoing tasks and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
Review status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports as required.
Address and follow up on any pertaining issues and develops resolutions to meet customer satisfaction, organizational goals and objectives.
Ensure contract requirements are met and all assigned responsibilities are being accomplished including working on the definition and implementation of project planning techniques to provide visibility on the contract.
Assist CSDM in developing metrics, budgets and schedules to meet contractual, and project requirements.
Participate in and establishing and defining program plan requirements, and reporting performance against plans.
Adhere and perform to organizational goals and receives general guidance on how to accomplish them.
